I'm a tutor who is based out of Boston, Massachusetts, where I enjoy working on DIY projects, running, and spending time with friends and family when I'm not working with students. I have experience working with students in a diverse range of academic subjects such as math, English, SAT prep, and more. I have my bachelor's degree in elementary and special education. As a student, I remember the feeling of disappointment I used to get when I was unsuccessful in a particular class or with a particular exam. Now, as a teacher, I can look back at those experiences I had and realize that it's perfectly natural to struggle with school sometimes. It's hard to be a successful student with all of the pressures that come with the modern educational system. As a teacher and a tutor, I'm dedicated to helping alleviate those stresses, and opening up the door for students to get more out of their education. I focus on the needs of the individual student when organizing my lesson plans, and provided targeted practice sessions to really help that student overcome any problem areas. I'm looking forward to working with you to help you make the most of your education.
