I thoroughly enjoy teaching, which allows me to bring my enthusiasm into my tutoring sessions. I am also skilled at adjusting my instruction level to meet the needs of the student that I am working with. I believe that these two things make me an excellent and effective tutor. I love learning and sharing my knowledge with others, which has given me vast amounts of experience in both teaching and tutoring. My students are capable learners who perform well on their tests and I have received good reviews from many of my students. I have completed an undergraduate degree in Botany, and a second degree in Zoology. I also received a Ph.D. at the University of California in Biology, with an emphasis on Neuroscience. I have experience in teaching several courses, including Introductory Biology, Botany, Genetics, Microbiology, Zoology, Neurobiology, and Physiology. In addition to attending the University of California, I have also attended the University of Washington at Seattle. I have a personal interest in music.
